Mentoring tomorrow's leaders

LSelb Sports is dedicated to building today's underprivileged youth into tomorrow's leaders.

A Nonprofit Organization in Erie, Pennsylvania, LSelb Sports creates opportunities for growth and positive recreation for youth who otherwise may have none.

Focusing on academically driven students, LSelb Sports provides the necessary tools for youth to succeed educationally, socially, and professionally.

LSelb Sports has provided countless hours of onsite mentoring, self-esteem building, and personal attention meeting needs of clothing, food, and tutoring.

Since 2019, LSelb Sports has coordinated multiple coat/hoodie drives distributing over 300 new coats, hats, gloves, and hoodies to children in need. 

LSelb Sports also presents a “Student Athlete” of the week for kids from all over Erie County. Students must have at least a 2.5 grade-point average. Winners receive a LSelb t-shirt, an interview, and related recognition.

Since 2021, LSelb Sports has organized multiple youth basketball camps providing a positive experience, food, and basketballs for over 100 children.

Ultimately, LSelb Sports’ goal is to expand services and provide a safe haven for youth, a place where kids can go to find resources such as food, clothing, tutoring, counseling and time off the streets.
